The Riverfront Business Park is a planned mixed-use development contained within 325 woodland acres bounded by the Taunton and Assonet Rivers in southeastern MA.

The master plan provides an overall framework for phased development to accommodate both large and small businesses, retail and commercial support services, a residential development, golf course and small hotel. Route 24 provides major access to the site with direct connections to Interstates 195 and 95.

Adding to the site's attractiveness as an alternative to the congestion of the metropolitan Boston area is the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority's plan to extend the commuter rail line from Boston to both Fall River and New Bedford. A layover station is proposed for Freetown right across from the Business Park.
