This new stand-alone prototype for CVS pharmacies nationwide, is located at the intersection of North Main Street and West Hartford Avenue in the northern section of the town. This development presented numerous zoning and political challenges over a 2-year permitting process. These included the abandonment of long-established railroad easements and the relocation of more than a dozen rights of way before construction could begin.
