Brookside Center is a 28.4-acre site located on Nooseneck Hill Road, Route 3, in Rhode Island's western suburbs. The primary focus of the 163,000 sf center will be a new Town Hall and Public Safety complex. The core complex will be complemented with a mix of commercial office space, including expansion of an existing Citizens Bank branch, 20,000 sf of new retail frontage, 60 duplex condominium and 40 apartment rental units. All will share a significant amount of landscaped, passive recreational space.

Groundbreaking is anticipated for the spring of 2007.
